We acted on the following
We are a family run business and nothing is more important to us than 'getting it right' for our guests. We do this by asking guests to complete a short survey using https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/which we review regularly. However,reviewing the surveys isn't enough, acting on them is what is important and this is what we do.
Here are some examples of the improvements we have made.
Being in the center of town has its benefits such as having some of the best shopping, restaurants, bars and coffee shops on your doorstep. It can also bring challenges such as unwanted noise, it's a fact and we took it on the chin, and installed secondary glazing at our windows and double glazed doors in our larger apartments, the result is quietly, noticeable.
We have added extra work desks for our longer staying guests who need to work from home.
Repurposed our boiler room making it a safe storage space for luggage.
Purchased hairdryers, dishwasher friendly drinking glasses, as our beautiful gold rimmed glasses need to be washed by hand!
Added kettles for our tea drinking guests as the hot water served by our Nespresso coffee maker wasn't hot enough for tea.
Added extra blankets for snuggling
