We had a fabulous 2-night stay at Neptune Apartments in March and we will absolutely return. The location is a perfect base for exploring Cheltenham and the accommodation is both beautifully designed and extremely comfortable, making it feel like a real home-from-home. The communications with Neptune were excellent - everyone is friendly, helpful and very responsive - and the information we received prior to arrival made our check-in extremely quick and easy. This is such a well located and genuinely SUPERB renovation. We had such a great stay. The room pictured was exactly as it was. The owner has clearly invested such great time and attention to detail in the refurbishment of the place. It had EVERYTHING we wanted. Communications before arrival was great, I knew exactly how to gain access with great technology that worked. Parking permit waiting, and only 100 yards round the corner. Neptune Apartments is our absolute favourite place to stay in Cheltenham. The location is spot on for a whole host of bars and restaurants, and also shopping.
