The owners of Neptune Apartments have decided that it is time for them to retire and so will be welcoming their final guests on Tuesday, 30^th June, 2026. The 12 luxury serviced apartments at 47- 49 The Promenade have been welcoming guests from around the world since February 2022.
 
Owner Jim Hawtin explained the reasoning behind the decision:
 
“We have thoroughly enjoyed the last four years, but have decided that it is the right time for us to retire. As a result, Neptune Apartments will be welcoming our final guests at the end of June. We want to thank all our guests for choosing Neptune Apartments. Many of them have returned many times, and we have come to know them very well. We would also like to thank our small team and suppliers who have helped us deliver an exceptional guest experience.
 
“Cheltenham is a fantastic, beautiful, vibrant town, and we have been honoured to be a small part of the town’s hospitality sector over the years. We have always tried to shine a light on the many reasons why the town is a great place to stay, whether that be for leisure or business”.
